"Do NOT use this company. They are completely overpriced. Sal was quick to call me when I had an issue with my boiler. Said he was doing an installation nearby and could give me an estimate on getting a new boiler. Came in, no tools brought his phone, tapped the boiler a few times with his phone and then sent me estimate for new boiler that was thousands of dollars more than other companies, then sent my husband a bill for $250 as if he actually came to try to fix something. They are HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They literally just wanted to sell me a new over priced boiler. Do not use them or even bother calling them. They try to rip people off that are desperate when they have no heat or hot water. Truly predators!! Disgusted by this company."

All they do is expect you to get the job done they do not provide you with tools you have to use your own tools and even the material they barely have material and many times we have to go and spend our own money to buy pieces at the plumbing store nearby in order to get the job done. Alex who is one of the supervisors can't even read and doesn't do anything at all besides stand and look mean like why are you even here.
