"Not thrilled with their policy - pay first before they know exactly what is to be done and before I know who or when someone will show up. Once paid it took 2 days and 2 phone calls to finally get a day and time. I will say that the 2 gentlemen that came were on time, very polite, considerate and knowledgable. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I would give them 5 stars, the business got 4 stars for their policy."
