A plumber came and did something and now what’s done in the upstairs bathroom comes up in the tub downstairs. Called them back and they gave my mom the runaround and refuse to come back out to see what the problem is. They’re all about the money once they get that they don’t care."

I’ve attached photos to show what Robert the awesome plumber / technician from 24 Seven Plumbing, Inc repaired. The fake plumber who came before him even put a plastic gas pipe where a water plumbing pipe should be. So so grateful to 24 Seven Plumbing, Inc who I found through the Angi app. ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVERS AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 3 hours and tested the pipes and water pressure before leaving to ensure the repair was complete. Absolutely wonderful work! Thankful for legitimate plumbers and handymen in NYC because unfortunately it is rare! Ive also included the before photos of the sink that Robert repaired after the shady guy Ilan pretended to fix. I’ve also included the shady guy’s business card so others can beware - DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY OR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS."
