"All I needed was key copies.. they were identical copies but that's all i can say about this hardware store"
"I'd be lost without these guys (Harvey, Fernando, Felix etc...) ...whatever I need for my home, they either have it or they can do it for me-and at very affordable prices. Handyman Fernando can fix just about anything when you can't do it yourself. No need to spend your time wandering around the big box stores without anyone to help as long as we have Nunez Depot ! Thanks so much guys."
"This was my go to hardware store until last week, I came in to make a copy of a key and the worker made the copy and threw the give on the counter rudely and said $1. I then asked and question to see if they had something I was looking for and he gave me direction but wasnt clear so I asked someone else. I returned 2 days later because the key he made didnt work and again he threw the key on the counter and walked away. Once again the key doesnt work but looks like I'll have to go somewhere else."
"Horrible experience! I brought in my window for a glass replacement and when I picked up my window it was in worse conditions than when I left it. The sides were uneven, the rubber was still out of the glass, and the edges now had a hole that was not there before. I do not recommend this place unless you want a half done job."
"I just tried the Cole street store for the first time, because of the $10.00 off mailed postcard that is to entice customers that formerly shopped at the closed Mission Street store. Thanks for the discount, Cole; much appreciated! Really nice hardware store though a bit crowded, but I can understand why, nice cashier, nice location.I'll be back."
