"I used Sapphire painters when I repainted my house 3 years ago, and the walls still look sparkling brand new. The walls of my dining and living rooms in particular were in very bad shape and had layers of old paint on them. I called down 3-4 painters in order to get an estimate, and they all gave me very high estimates, due to the condition of the walls.
