"The owner of this property is highly unprofessional and very rude. My husband hit a very large pothole and it did damage to his rim. He couldn't see because it was filled with water from rain but he felt it after he hit it. We reached out to visions bank (he was using an ATM) and they referred us to the property owner, John Miller. From the very beginning, he basically called my husband a liar and wouldn't even listen to what my husband was trying to tell him. My husband had his car looked at by a professional who deals specifically with Mercedes Benz and told my husband the rim was bent. We provided the information John Miller requested and heard nothing back for a few weeks. Today, he tells my husband that he is not taking care of the damage and referred us to his lawyer. By the way, my husband takes great care of his car and always has it serviced with a mechanic so we know the car was fine prior to the pothole situation. John, are a property owner who isn't taking responsibility for damage done on YOUR property. You are rude and very disrespectful as well as unprofessional. To the people who may try to rent or purchase any property from this man, please understand that if he isn't willing to take ownership of his own neglect on property he owns, then if you rent and anything happens, he probably won't take ownership of that either and you will be stuck paying for damages that you didn't cause!!! Buyers and renters beware!! It's landlords like this that should not be allowed to conduct business in our community. Highly disgusted with this so called business man! And the only reason why I gave it a one star rating is because I had to otherwise, 0 stars for this terrible person and his business."

"Awful property own does not take responsibility. For property.I had damage done to my vehicle from a huge pot hole and reached out to try and resolve the situation. I was insulted and ignored and thy refuse to do anything to anything after getting back to me 3 weeks after. This owner is irresponsible and degrading individual MR.Miller."
