"I had 2 key fobs copied and at first I could not get one to work. I called customer service and was assisted by Portia who helped me to get a refund and also explained to me why I might have had the issue. I had the one redone and now it works fine. I also love the timely manner in which they were delivered. Excellent service. The one recommendation I have though is that there be options in the color of the fobs or in the style they are created, that you can differentiate them when copying multiple. Overall KeyMe is a lifesaver."
