"Very rude and unprofessional. The man let himself into my home (knowing the lock was broken) aka trespassing, wouldn't talk to me or answer questions as to what he was doing to the lock. When finished he magically found the doorbell he passed on the way in. I asked him to explain what he did, he instead told me how I couldn't understand because I don't have his experience (apparently the lowly woman couldn't possibly understand); and no, he didnt take the time to talk to me, explain options, or answer my questions, on top of being blatantly rude to me. Won't be hiring them again."
