"Watts is good person and he straightforward. He tell you what is what. He does good and would recommend him to anyone."
"Got a call from watts electrical Corp in regards to my con Edison account. First tried telling me I was 2 months behind, which I'm not. Then started saying the payments didn't go through because I need to update something, the payments cleared and were reflecting on my online account. Then kept going between me needing to update something or upgrade to a new platform or something. After 7 minutes of going back and forth I finally lost my cool and the guy hung up. I called con Ed directly and there's nothing wrong with my account and they said it's likely a scam or someone phishing for more information as all they could provide me was my name, address and phone number all of which is basically public knowledge."
