"We first worked with Ceriello when we bought our quite dilapidated rowhouse in 2005. They upgraded a bunch of old wire (house is circa 1910), updated the two electrical panels we had, dealt with DOB/ConEd, etc.. They are super nice, organized, safe and know old houses. They are very up front about their pricing structure (see on website). They were able to come over quickly even though this wasn't an emergency for this most recent job. We had a ceiling fixture that had an old metal box, old disconnected gas pipe down and at least 6 wires running from two different circuits (and was in series with a couple of outlets). This god-d*** house always something hahah. They cleaned it all up, and made it safe, installed a proper junction box for a ceiling fan and installed the fan. It took a couple of hours which was totally reasonable. Thanks for fixing it and making our lives cooler! :D"
