"I hired them to diagnose why a light fixture was flickering. They completely misdiagnosed the issue, made me buy a new light fixture (when the prior one worked), blew out a dimmer and messed up the electrical work in my home. Now the switch associated with that fixture is completely dead. The first electrician that they sent had no clue what he was doing and I’d be surprised if he was licensed. This is truly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. Do not hire them to do work! I repeat, do not hire them. 3 visits to my home and they still haven’t fixed my original issue or the mess they created after."
