"Came to check a flickering/dimming light problem. Said everything was fine. light still flickers. told him to call con ed and report apartment wiring was fine so they would check street. He refused. (probably because he doesn't know what he's actually doing or doesn't really have a license. I really can't figure out why he would refuse). He asked me to send a video. I sent one immediately of lights dimming in bedroom. Told me it's normal. (lol). Calls me back days later to tell me im a crazy lady and the video didn't show anything. I wouldn't trust this man to plug in a microwave let alone look at any electrical issues. Go elsewhere."
