"I was under the impression that the keys would be printed on the spot, similar to other key kiosks I’ve used in the past. The machine doesnt say that it will take 3-5 days for the keys to be shipped to you. Maybe I overlooked something, but still. So, I put my billing address instead of the shipping address, and after I had payed, the kiosk informed me of the shipping time. I frantically called their support team in hopes to get the address changed. After being on the phone for an hour, the service team hung up on me. I don’t even think that changing the address is that complicated, but the person helping me just kept putting me on hold for long periods. Eventually they just hung up the phone. Unfortunately the bad service and the communication of the machine makes me give only 2 stars. The machine was easy to use and quick, and the keys were priced reasonably."

"Used a KeyMe kiosk for the first time recently. Honestly I always avoided them because 7-11 is kind of a trashy location (right next to the lotto tickets!) and because I didn't think a kiosk would work very well. I needed to make a copy of my keys last minute and finally used KeyMe out of desperation and I am blown away by how easy it was and the quality of the copied keys. Usually copied keys stick a little bit, or have little quirks, but all three (different) keys I copied worked like the originals. Plus I saved my keys in their system so if I ever lock myself out I can easily "print" another copy of the keys. I'm 100% sold!"
