And the company is not local, at least not at this location. It seems like a national corporation that matches you to local contractors who set their own prices. UPDATE: KeyMe has so far ghosted me after reaching out to “make it right”"

"Do not waste your time. Got a car key copied and turns out it never worked for the car. Unfortunately we found that out after spending hundreds thinking the car was having an issues starting when the only issue was the key. Couldn’t even get a refund on the purchased key."

"It took three tries at Home Depot and I just gave up. None of the key copies from there worked. I then figured I’d try the KeyMe machine located in Rite Aid and every single key from KeyMe worked perfectly. If you want the key immediately it’s definitely more expensive but at least the quality is fantastic."
