"I recently used Matros Automation to replace a faulty circuit breaker. They were able to find the part and schedule the repair for the same. Be warned, they do have a 2 hour minimum job fee that they do not advertise but is hidden in small text at the bottom of their agreements. I find these hidden fees to be unethical considering the minimum was not exposed when I asked the owner for a quote on the phone. This fee doubled the cost of the job. Probably best to avoid this electrician in the future unless you are desperate."
"They did one job for me. Great work. Wanted them to come back to install three automated light switches and doorbell. Went through a walkthrough and research on on to install multi-zone doorbell. However their team stop responding despite numerous attempts to follow up. Not sure what the issue is. Quite unfortunate when you try to support local businesses."
