"Our experience with Marc and his team was extraordinary. Our broker referred us to Marc to help us refurbish a pre-war apartment in Brooklyn Heights. The previous owner had lived in the apartment for sixty years so the floors and walls were in rough shape. The walls had long cracks from where heavy furniture was improperly installed, and the wood floors had all sorts of stains from being under carpet for decades. Marc met with us to assess the work that needed to be done and we immediately appreciated his approachability, knowledge, and professionalism.
