"If it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would have. Keep these people away from your property. Dishonest and sleazy to say the least! Two people came to fix my unit's water heater. One was completely oblivious and the other was describing the water heater to someone on the phone and getting directions as to what to do next - complete lack of competence. After they were "done", they came upstairs to give me the bill and they did not come in to check if the heat or hot water is working. Upon complaining to their boss, they claimed that my 18 lbs dog was jumping on them where they did not even try to enter."

"Monstrously overpriced and disorganized company. A $800 bill for an hour-long job arrived a month later, likely so I couldn't argue it (was expected, sort of, when they refused to give an estimate for it). Meanwhile, they came to make an estimate for another job but never sent us the number, and people answering the phone couldn't find any records. Quality is decent, but would you want to pay $400+/hr to be treated like a second-class client? Me, never again."

"I'm very happy with their work of replacing my water heater. 1) Don who gave the quote was patient and responsive, answering all my questions with candid info and within 1-2 days. 2) The Rheem 50-gallon electrical water heater has 10 year warantee, worthy of its price. Quotes from other 3 companies I got include 6 year warantee usually. 3) They have both plumbing and electrical work permits. Another company offered lower price and similar quality service but then I learned that they don't have permit to do electrical work and I would have to hire my own electrician for the job. 4) The crew (Jon, Michael) came right on time, and finished the job in 3 hours as they estimated. They were professional and super tidy, having the work area and the hallway totally cleaned."

"Was in the Home Depot parking lot when one of these vans pulled up next to my car. As I’m sitting in the car one technician opens his door and hits the side of my car. When I came out to look the technician looked at me as he’s smoking a cigarette blowing smoke in my face and says nothing happened. When I mentioned that his door had hit my car he denied it. I had a small dent in the side of my car. The other technician came out said that he didn’t hit car. After opening the vans door to see if it could have hit my car the 2nd technician then admitted that it had made the small dent. The 1st technician that hit my car didn’t even apologize until I mentioned the least he could do is apologize instead of blowing smoke my way and not taking accountability."
