Told me the parts it needed on his phone on the GE website … with the price he pays. He returned the following day and showed me the new parts and fixed the problem. It was not cooling correctly, and the water was not coming out. It’s working better than new now and my ice maker is quiet not like before… My basement fridge cost me 2x more by hiring another company. All it needed was a Water valve…5 stars…"

"The first place I called , Sam answered. I asked his fee to come by to diagnose my LG front loader, he gave me a great price. He asked me a bunch of questions over the phone about it. Said it’s probably a pump based off of what your telling me. He said I carry these in my car. Then said it goes towards the total. He came by in a few hours and fixed it. Before anything he went through a diagnostic procedure. Heard the pump not kicking in and no water draining. Replaced the pump. Retested the machine. And it works perfectly. Before he left he gave me advice on my machine on how to upkeep it. We talked for a bit. I paid him more than what he charged me. I’m pretty excited that my machine is fixed.
