"Newly remodeled, very clean and centrally located around restaurants and stores. Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed the entire time with no notification. Stayed here 3 nights, 2 of which we were jolted out of bed when the fire alarms went off, thankfully there was not a fire either night, but being woken up like that is not pleasant. If your room is on the 2nd floor you have to carry everything upstairs, no elevator."

"Stayed there while dropping off daughter at Ithaca College. Had 2 rooms reserved and even though we were told that we could have rooms located next to each other over the phone when we got there to check in the lady working the front desk wouldn't help us. Of course the fire alarm went off that night and we had a bit of panic when trying to locate each other on opposite end of the hotel. There is a pool advertised as an amenity but the desk said it was closed because it hasn't been Inspected by the health inspector yet. Room was fine but nothing special. Big potholes in parking lot. Be careful driving."

"Stayed here with a group for a baseball tournament so the hotel was chosen for us by our travel ball organization. The location was convenient to where we were playing with several fast food places/grocery store/liquor store/park with fishing all nearby. The common areas seemed cleaned, room was clean but beds were very small and uncomfortable. Also, everyone in our group commented on the fact when you walk in the doors, you are immediately hit with a strong, unidentifiable smell. That smell did not go away the whole time we were there. Lastly, very disappointed the pictures online of the pool looked really nice only to find out it was closed during our stay with no explanation why."

"My daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel during a long drive through central New York back to Philadelphia and it was a wonderful find. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully remodeled. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The entire hotel had a welcoming ambiance that made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area. The level of cleanliness and the comfort of the bed were exceptional.
