"I highly do not recommend the place! There is no sound proof walls or floors and it is not updated! If you are a senior citizen, you are good, if not...well run. They are not good human beings at Alberici. Also, they have black sludge coming out of the sinks and won't do anything about it"

"I highly DO NOT recommend.. maintenance is awesome and always one call away is the nicest thing i have to say. Other then that, it seems like you can't even LIVE, living here.. my fiancé & I are currently on a 30 day countdown of our lease ending and running away FAST! Although we are going to miss the cheaper rent, but PEACE is PRICELESS... from day one it's been one thing after another.. threats of getting kicked out for not getting renters insurance at there speed.. complaints of marijuana smoking was the first of many issues and instead of actually having PROOF , they take neighbors word and try to serve with 30 day notices... causing stress on innocent people. There are 12 UNITS in each apartment building here with only 2 washers & 2 dryers. All units in my building particular are 2 bedrooms and they expect you to only use ONE washer and ONE dryer at a time.. someone make that make sense lol... all the neighbors are extremely weird and unfriendly. Instead of simply communicating with you like normal neighbors , they have the complex manager on speed dial.. once i was sitting outside in my vehicle in the winter time before going inside and had the police called on me by my neighbor in my face because she said i was sitting in the car for too long and she thought i was doing drugs.. then my fiance and I in June took a vacation of 4-5 days and came back to a letter stating we've been playing loud music, but we weren't even in the state of NY? Then most recently as of yesterday my final straw around 10AM i was getting ready to start working, maintenance and the complex manager knocked on my door like the police saying they had a marijuana complain and wanted to search my apartment and bathroom to make sure, making us feel like CHILDREN when we are all grown adults who pay rent .. they found nothing and couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience or anything .."

Marisa, the landlord is so friendly and accommodating! Everything is clean, prices are great, I even have a garage and it is so spacious! I could not be happier here! I would recommend ABC to anyone! "I want to give a shout out to this complex. I am now living there for the 2nd time and I cannot honestly say enough good about this place. It's a nice place to live, grounds are beautifully kept and all common hallways, walkways and laundry rooms are well kept with up to date appliances. Rent is very fair with what is included and I'm still excited to go home everyday to enjoy my space. The rooms are spacious and there's a lot of storage within the apartments. The staff is friendly from the office staff to the maintenance team."
