"First time in many years doing laundry out but waiting delivery of new appliances. Cleaner than anticipated. Issue I had was no signage as to fees on some washing machines ...had to ask a regular. Folding table was clean and most floors. Was surprised that still using quarters...lots of quarters. Clientele were courteous and friendly."
"Machines are outdated. There are no baskets for the public to use. My guess would be they were stollen right along with my own personal basket that was stolen in under a minute. People are so disgusting! I won't be using this facility again"
"its ok. its clean. idk what is wrong with zome of the machines. cant bring a dog in though. not a dog owner anymore but watched a guy get kicked out for having his dog inside by a guy that maintains the place. i get it but when i did have a dog i always brought him to do laundry at other places...was never an issue and everyone loved my dog. but i just had a Chihuahua. this guy that hot kicked out had something that looked like a bully pit. he was a nice dog though and everyone in the place seemed happy to see him."
"At this point, one star is to much! I have a comforter in a triple load washer that has been on "final rinse" for close to 4hrs. I put it in around 3:15PM. It's now 7:55! I've called several times. Not even a courtesy call in return, let alone the help needed. There is no excuse or justification besides an actual physical emergency for not calling back. Such unethical work ethics."
