"My furnace was blowing cold air on a Sunday it was 32° and snowing. They had a tech to my house within 2 hours. He was very kind and respectful. He explained what he was doing and trouble shot everything he could try before telling us it was the circuit board (which was worse case scenario). The part wasn't something they had on hand but they could get it. He explained the fees and charges that would need to be paid before doing them which I greatly appreciated. Would recommend them 100% even on an "emergency call" I found the price to be very reasonable."

"We recently bought a new house and have some plumbing needs. Arctic Bear has been very easy to work with. Sean has been over a few times to help us out. Tonight we had an emergency issue with a leak in our water baseboard heat. Sean was quick to come on a Saturday night and although he wasn't confident he would be able to fix it until Monday he figured out a way to fix it and he didn't charge an unreasonable rate.
