There was a pretty significant issue that was 100 percent my fault but they went out of way to correct my mistake at no additional charge . If you decide to use Nagy Memorial my recommendation would be to request Dana . She was really patient with me and I have to say definitely went way above and beyond to help me . I’m not to easy to satisfy at all but she really did . So much so that this is the very first time I’ve ever taken the time to write a review good or bad . It’s a definite must to seek her out .
