"I had a backed up toilet and my snake couldn't get it unclogged. He got it done with ease. He did notice my toilet takes forever to fill up. At first I thought he wants more money for coming here since it didn't take him long. Changing the valve and unplugging the toilet was affordable and I notice my toilet fills up much faster. I will call Jim the Plumber again as I have stuff I do need done."

"Had two leaking outside faucets replaced and two accompanying inside shut off valves. I called mid morning. They showed up soon after and everything was done before noon! They were fast, courteous and professional. Also a very reasonable price!"

"I would reference another review on non-responsive, lack of care. Jim fixed a water pipe on an emergency call, took a few minutes and paid appropriately for the emergency work. Less than one month later, the repair blew apart and water damage late in the evening. Called and just an answering service. Called again in the morning and a late morning call back. No water. Was told it would take the next day or longer. Thus, although having paid for an emergency repair, that didn't work, and causing more water damage, and now having no water, I was informed I would have to wait. Was called later that day and informed by a representative that they would try the next day. Understand many are busy with previous jobs, but standing behind the work and finding a way to help is what is usually appreciated in the service industry. Frustrated, called in another well known company who stated the way the repair was done was not what most plumbers would have done and was set up for failure, they fixed it. My bottom-line is more water damage and paying for a repair twice."
