"A rare find, Rich actually loves being a mechanic/owner of an auto repair shop. He treats your car as if it was his car. He replaced both CV axles for a reasonable price, with no price gouging. Rich explained the whole process from repair, repair time and cost, no surprises. I lost quality/cost with my previous repair shop but now I found Jacc's Family Automotive and I’m not looking back."

He also fixed one of my tires with zero charge, I didn’t even know i had a nail in my tire, but he noticed and fixed it.
