"We signed a contract to have electrical & wiring work done for work on our patio including recessed lights, paddle fan , television mount, gfci outlet, and changing out the panel in our basement. Chuck was extremely responsive when I emailed before the work started regarding getting color changing LED lights. He replied on a Saturday which I would never expect. He found a great option for us at a very reasonable price. His team was respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They even went above by putting the TV into the mount and testing it. They installed the patio heaters but identified that it was recommended for them to be hung level to extend bulb life. We were grateful they let us know. We have a shed roof so one end is higher that the other and we'd need longer brackets. All of the work except the basement panel was done while I was out of the house. When I came home, my partner showed me everything outside. He had the heaters running. I asked where the switch was located. We had purchased dual element patio heaters, meaning you can turn on one or both elements based on how much heat you wanted. We provided them with the dual element switch to be installed for the heaters. He then pointed up to the ten foot portion of the patio roof. They installed the two regular switches on the ceiling. When my partner questioned it they told him to "use a broom" to turn them on and off. Obviously this is an accessibility issue and safety concern. I emailed Chuck with my concerns and that it needed to be fixed. I also let him know one of the recessed lights was popped out and hanging down. Again he was great with his response time and said when they ran the wiring they didn't have the specs. He apologized for the mix up and said they would price out changing the wiring and adding our switches by the door. He said they would be back on Monday to fix the light. I told him I appreciated it and to just let me know what was needed to correct the heating switches. One of his workers came to work on the basement panel Monday. He did a great, neat job. When he was leaving he let me know he didn't have the panel door and would bring it when they had it. I asked him about the heater switches. He said Chuck would have to get back to us. I waited 8 days and finally reached out asking for an approximate date they'd be back. No response. I waited 17 more days and send another email asking for an estimated time they would be back to correct the heater switches. I never got a response. He eventually sent me an invoice for the balance. I did pay it in full the same day. Looking back I probably shouldn't have paid for the $250 permit. We never saw an inspector. I don't see how switches ten foot ceiling would be to code. Maybe I'm wrong on that but would they do that for their grandmother or children telling them to use a broom? Also maybe shouldn't have paid for all of the money that went toward installing the actual heaters especially since we can't use the dual element. We also never got the panel door. It's sad because the other work they did was good and I thought they were sincere about getting the situation fixed for us."
"Mr. Gilbert installed my new generator in a timely fashion. He also noticed a couple concerns and brought them to my attention. After discussion he addressed those concerns and was finished inside of his quoted time. I will use this business again when I’m ready to install my electric car charging station. Highly recommend!"
"Bailed me out of multiple situations on multiple occasions anything from a air compressor line to walk in cooler to a flat top grill and everything in between he's the man"
