"An update in 2024. They installed a heat pump for one of our rooms recently. As in the past the work was excellent and the people great. Will continue to use them. Good company, we have been using them for about 10 years. They have good workmanship, fair prices, quality products, and knowledgable staff."

DH Berry came promptly,(before our next one hits) and installed a new one. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable, he did a great job. "I requested for service since my AC didn't start after the season. I was told 120$ for call, and 120 per hour rate for technicians time. The technician diagnosed the unit and furnace tangentially, just accumulating time. The actual issue was the relay switch at the condenser, which ideally should be the starting place for diagnosis. They changed the switch 15$ (on hardware stores) for 350$+ tax, completely deceptive or incompetent practice."

Eric and Steve came to do the install. They were on time very personable very professional. Did the install in one day.
