"I chose Auto Collision & Glass to repair my car after it had been recovered from being stolen and I firmly believe that was the best decision I could have made. There were a LOT of delays in getting my car back, but only once was it NOT because of a delay in parts or insurance taking a while to do their end of things, and even then it was only by a single day. During the entire process I was updated regularly about what was happening with my car and why. Every person I talked to on the phone was very polite, professional, and friendly. All of my concerns were listened to and treated with respect. Could my car have been fixed sooner if I had taken it to a national chain? Probably. But I would rather my car be fixed right than fast. Auto Collision & Glass is definitely the place to go get it done right. My car was delayed for a very long because of dozens of factors beyond their or my control, so I don't doubt that they would've gotten it done fast as well had my situation been less unique.
