"Truck was in excellent condition mechanically, but i had to sweep the dirt and dried up mud out of the storage part of the truck. The woman behind the counter at this location was not friendly. Laurie, the Long Island Regional Rep, was beyond horrid to work with. Makes me sad for the customers that she's the Regional Rep. Avoid talking to her at all costs. She turns everything around on the customers. Go to Middle Island...those guys were super nice!! And if everything works out for you, you'll even get to avoid a degrading conversation with Laurie! :)"
