He answered all my questions and was really friendly. (He also had to work around my dog who wouldn't leave him alone) Will definitely call on you guys again!"

"We used their service to empty our septic tank and they did a great job. Arrived on time and very friendly. However, the septic system needs to be replaced and the septic repair division would not return phone calls over a three week period to even discuss trying to get on the schedule. I would have given them a one star except for the prompt and courteous service for initial visit. I understand that many businesses are backlogged due to the current situation but to not return phone calls for three weeks is not very professional."
