"Scheduled an appointment for a special tow on Friday with one of the workers and worked out all the details. Monday no tow truck and it's been 30 minutes. Called asked what time they will be there and was told my name wasn't on the schedule. Had to give information again about special tow and the owner rudely told me not interested in the job. No apologies, tone was nasty, unprofessional and could care less. The worst part about this is I had a deadline for this tow and once I found a tow service on Friday marked it off my to do list and stopped calling tow services. Now forced to find a tow service for Monday last minute. I would never use their service, can't be trusted the workers or owner. A rating of 0 for being unprofessional, untrustworthy and rude."

I was in a difficult situation and they took the time to listen and care and work with me to be able to have the best outcome for them as a business and me as a customer definitely will be using their services if ever I get in trouble again. This garage actually shows that they care about their clients or customers I can't even begin to express how appreciative and thankful I am too to have been able to work with them and have the outcome that they were able to give me. Lord knows there aren't that many people out there that show compassion and caring much less business but I was lucky enough to have gotten this garage cause they definitely went over and beyond the call of duty."

"I had a break down on I-81 in the evening hours, these gentleman arrived within 20 minutes of being called by my dispatcher, they were fast, safe, and professional. After delivering my truck to the dealer, they gave me a ride to a near by hotel, and did not leave until they knew I was all set. I recommend them anytime for fast and quality service."
