"They were awful! The whole time the owner bashed me for trying to help him and was extremely rude. He and his assistant have mental issues, and they were not competent. He could NOT fix the problem and constantly contradicted what he said. The problem was he refused to listen. Before I even told him the problem, he already had his mind made up on how to "fix" the problem. He flushed toilets for 2 hours! He then decided to have a bathroom break with the door wide open (and peed all over the floor!). In the end the problem was not fixed, they broke my door, left a puddle of penetrating oil all over the floor, and charged me $200 for nothing! Please avoid them and choose someone who knows what they are doing!"
