"Noticed a small soft spot in the wall where the previous owners “patched”. Poked through the patch to find a small “pin hole” in the sewer pipe coming from the second story to the basement. Called and spoke to Mark, he had Jonah out within hours, with a small hole made in the wall, noted the previous owner hung something by drilled a screw through the pipe. Jonah recommended a fix and had it done and on his way. Couldn’t have asked for better service!"

"Mark's plumbing skills may be completely awesome, but, IMO, his company vehicle driving skills, or those of his subordinate(s), appear careless, reckless, and dangerous to other drivers. On 5/4/19 around 5:40 pm, on a rainy afternoon with very wet road surfaces near Minoa, NY, I observed the Laurin Plumbing van recklessly tailgate another driver who was negotiating an already reduced-speed S curve on Kirkville Rd. In the No Passing straightway thereafter, a third vehicle in front of the others slowed abruptly to turn into a private driveway. Rather than slowing, too, the LP van sped up, veered crossed the yellow No Passing double-stripe into the oncoming traffic lane, and zoomed past the other two cars. It then turned right onto North Kirkville Rd, which the remaining vehicle in front of me and I did also. I then observed the Laurin Plumbing van turn left on Poolsbrook Rd, I am guessing, to return to the company's home base."
