"I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a hitch installed. I received a follow-up email from U-Haul confirming the appointment a week ago. I showed up this morning and was told their hitch bay is not working so they cannot do the work. No one bothered to inform me and I had rearranged my whole day to get it done. The staff seemed like they could care less and made me feel like it was my fault for wanting to do business with them!"

"Horrible experience renting a truck. Was given with almost zero fuel, air conditioning that barely worked and no working wipers. Didn't find out about the wipers until downpour storms later that day. Normally a one hour trip took 3+ hours because had to pull off highway and wait at least 5 times as it was very bad at times. I guess wipers are not considered a safety item that needs to be checked daily. When called in to report what was happening, was told call roadside assistance. No effort to try and refund or reimburse even part of rental. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on."

"My experience at U-Haul was great from beginning to end and it's because of the outstanding customer service provided by the manager Umika Austin. She and her team make you feel welcome and taken care of. I even left a personal item in the van when I dropped it off, they carefully put it aside for me and messaged me. In a current world where the bar for customer service is quite low, it's wonderful to discover that some people like Umika and U-Haul still deliver above expectations."

"Made reservation online to pick up small truck. Went this location, the guy behind the counter was very helpful. He explained everything to me . Check in and check out was very smooth and fast. They have lot of packaging stuff at this location. Customers parking is available on site."
