"Absolutely ridiculous. I paid for overnight shipping as I am leaving for a trip And they sent it out second day vs Overnight. Had I wanted Second day, I would’ve chosen A different, less expensive shipping option. Extremely fraudulent. Melissa, this is not OK… because you did not ship it out without errors. Clearly there was an error when choosing the shipping type. I would have been much more understanding had my order Taken two days to process and then show that it was shipped with next day air. Extremely disingenuous to have a customer pay for a certain shipping type and ship with a Cheaper option."

"I was reluctant to leave a negative review but after today’s (July 25th) experience I feel I have no choice. I purchased a push-back diamond earring for over $200 in-store beginning of July. I discovered a product defect after a month which caused these to be un-wearable. I called last week and a gentleman answered, checked my item number, and agreed that I could come and exchange since this was still under their 100-day warranty. Today I went to the store from Queens to exchange. I spoke with the female associate who was very argumentative and insisted they do not allow exchanges on push back earrings even though I told her that I spoke with someone else working there checked my order and approved an exchange. She even said “there’s no other man working here!” This was a very frustrating experience as I travelled an hour to the city just to exchange these earrings. I hope that the management is able to see this and help resolve."

"One of the most beautiful and enjoyable shopping experiences I had in New York. I have been shopping Stone and Strand Jewellery from Australia through Net a Porter AU and I absolutely love them. However, there’s only a limited selection that’s available to Net a Porter and I always wanted to go and visit the physical store in New York. I happen to be in NY for a month and a half with my friend and surprisingly ended up staying in Tribeca that was only a 5 min walk from the Stone and Strand store. I absolutely loved chatting with all the staff who were so wonderful and assisted my purchases. It was one of the most enjoyable joyful shopping experiences I ever had in NY. I wish I stayed longer in New York to purchase more items from them. I’m hopefully that they will ship internationally soon (fingers crossed) so I could purchase their new selections from Australia. Thank you, Tyler, Elisa and the team! Definitely my first stop to stock up on jewellery when I’m back in New York! You guys are amazing! I got so many compliments for my bracelet and my earrings that I purchased this time "
