"On Nov 20, 2022 I purchased a bracelet for my son and after looking at it in daylight it seemed "off" so I took It to 2 separate jewelers in my town and they said it was used or already worn as it was heavily scratched on both sides. I called the manager and of course was told no returns! Absolutely appalled and warning others to buy elsewhere.....The store appeared sketchy and I should have went with my gut.
