"I ordered my cube smart on July 25th 2024as a precautionary measure in the event that I don’t find an apartment by the July 29,2024. I spent a total of $157 in my attempts to secure a unit . On July 26,2024 I received word that I have secured an apartment. I contacted cube smart immediately and informed them that I no longer need for the unit and that I’d like to cancel . I was surprised to be informed that if I cancel I will not get my money back . Mind you, i processed the online order at 10 am July 25 and I called them at 4:30 pm July 26 and they had the audacity to tell me I can’t get a refund !!!!!!!!! Wish I could give yall a negative ."
