"I’ve been using this place for years now. It is very convenient if you have packages that you need to return as they take USPS, FedEx and even DHL. All in one place. I’ve never had an issue. If you ask nicely they will even print your labels for you."

"I have a mailbox here through ipostal and they have lost a few of my packages now, so it really defeats the whole purpose. several of the things they've lost were irreplaceable art, so I'm pretty heartbroken. really hope they can find them and find a solution. two of these packages have been lost for months. really hope we can come up with a solution to find them. they really need a better system because they always just tell me to come back when someone else is working because they don't know how the other people organize it. when they lost a piece of my mail that had an important check that I needed to be able to pay my rent, they seemed in no rush or care to help me find it and it took me coming in 4 different times before they found it. so if the mail is there and can be found, not sure what's the hold up with these other packages. I'd be happy to help look, I'd even spend a week helping them organize if it meant I could get my packages, and probably help other people get theirs! I really just want my packages. the ipostal mailbox service is supposed to make it easier for you to get your mail when you're able to, to avoid things like loss and theft, but that has unfortunately been so opposite of my experience. the ipostal service I used to use at another post office was excellent, so the issue must be this specific place."

"Moved to 1161 Bedford Ave as of 11/14/23. I have had a mail box here for years. Prices have gone up significantly in that time. Fine. To be expected. If it increases again, I will have to look elsewhere. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. They are usually working the counter alone and the line can be long. The owner should consider having a second person working at peak times. FYI - They cannot accept UPS / FEDEX account numbers as payment. UPDATE: No longer using this place. Mailbox rental prices are too high considering they also charge per piece for package pickup. There are more affordable options nearby."

"Trash customer service. Absolutely no help. Person working didn’t even get up to face me when I walked in. Would never go here again."

"Gets the job done - copies were clean and computers virus-free. They charged for a single minute of computer time so I could pull up the print job. Somewhat of a stingy policy, but at least the staff was friendly."
