"Everyone is so rude and obnoxious. No one has any type of home training and it’s evident. From the workers, security and people of far rockaway are absolutely vile and disgusting. This ghetto establishment needs new management and a better more efficient system to expedite everyone’s needs. If i could give negative stars I would!! STAY AWAY!!!! GO TO NORTHERN QUEENS BEFORE GOING HERE."
"It's always who you know, it seems like it's for one of a kind people. As soon as you walk in you know you are going to wait along time. They need to get there act together. No supervision, it looks like a social gathering. What a waste of people"
"I've never seen anything as bad as what I've seen in this building.. I'm absolutely astounded by just how much they don't care about anyone. And since covid Appeared human resources does not care.. you have 5 people in at the counter and of those 5 people only 2 people were actually on a desk. They have 5 different types of so registries that you're supposed to sign in putting your information and then you have to sit while they call your number And on average they're sitting there eating breakfast joking talking about how homeless people smell. And the seats are uncomfortable on purpose because they do not want to help people in their needs.. It hurts me to see just how badly New York City treats its homeless.. They rush these people away they roll their eye. The only reason why I even gave them a star is because theyre friendly security there."
"I truly don't understand, having to show the security guard our business papers. I think the security guards are to maintain order in in the building. We should ask which way to go and be directed. But why do we have to show the security card our business? And some of the workers can be very nasty... treating people as if they are beneath them. So I told the worker "Don't break a hip and don't return back to normal in your healing, don't get sick and your insurance won't pay, don't let all your husband take all your money and leave you dry. Sister, you can be in the same place I am in right now." I can tell some of the workers are on drugs, used to be on drugs, as well as alcoholics. I tell the "Sometime people need help. The help is not coming from the your pocket personally! Push the papers, stamp the dates, and have a great attitude with the public."
"This places is terrible.. They are slow, most of the employees have an attitude. They supposed to start working at 8:30am and they began to called people passed 9:00 am. Also close early. I personally got there one day at 4:22 pm I needed it to be interviewed time passed and at 4:50pm. A lady approached to me and said that they are ready to go home and no one can take my case. So unprofessional you can clearly see they are just there for the paid check."
