"This area has been pretty much the same for as long as I have known about it. It's the only spot on the boardwalk like it. It was the area in which the boardwalk turned to wood from the cemented area from the start of it on Bch 9th st. Since the rebuilding of the entire boardwalk (2014-16) from this point until the end is now somewhat cement. This is the only area that has vegatation on the boardwalk."
