"This is the worst postal service I've ever had to deal with from top to bottom. Waited all day for a package only to get they aren't delivering anything today. No mail no nothing. I now have to go into thier office and because I'm disabled and don't have transportation easily will cost me even more. Overall an F- a d if I could grade it worse I would."

"Not even worth one star...Moved in September 2023 and have yet to receive a piece of forwarded mail despite being advised by postmasters at both locations that all proper forwarding paperwork was in order. Where is my mail? Where is the accountability? Isn't taking mail a federal offense? Am constantly told wait one more week!!!!Utter incompetence! Who is in charge?"

"If I could give zero stars I would ! I was missing mail ever since I moved here in May so I bought a mailbox with a key and LABELED MY NAME BIG the mail person still put a social security check in my neighbors blank mailbox even though mine was right next to it. I purposely got a mailbox w a lock so nobody steals my mail anymore and the mail person keeps leaving my mail sticking out of the top making it very easy to steal. I made a HUGE mistake mailing my rent check in the mailbox outside the Rahway post office for the first time and now my landlord is saying he never received it. This is by far the most unprofessional post office and mail carriers I ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE ! And if you live in the area get a P.O. Box to a different town. Horrible service, horrible attitudes and a disgrace to postal workers everywhere ! I went to tell them in person waited on line 30 min just to receive unprofessional attitude and them giving me a complaint paper they probably tossed out."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I so would. This place is the worst. The employees are not capable of anything heavier than an envelope. I waited at least an hour just for the lady to make me measure out the package. I told her that I already had the dimensions, and she quoted “I don’t want your dimensions, I want you to do what I say”. Her attitude was incredibly grumpy. Even the people waiting in line were more helpful than her. No help or assistance was offered here. We ended up going to UPS, where the worker happily help up. Within minutes we were quoted a price about the shipment. So please go to UPS instead. Their service is SOOOOOOOOO much better."

"At times there are hiccups (as a business owner I know) but overall I think it entails a lot more than one might believe. I recently had a missing package which was marked “delivered” Thursday and it was not received. By Saturday I called and created a service request in the event I needed proof for a refund. I was called multiple times from the supervisor and postmaster to keep me updated and to double check its arrival, I was emailed as well (regarding the service request). I don’t believe it’s the same carrier every day so there may have been a mix up and why sometimes mistakes occur. I also received a follow up call this morning (@ 8:30am well before the time they open) and the supervisor was just as happy as I was that the package was received. They went above and beyond for me and I’m just one person out of too many. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind and diligent. I also go inside to mail packages to customers and sometimes the wait is long but they ladies at the desk still greet you with a smile, especially when met with one. I think we all deserve just a little more courtesy and grace."
