"I live in Colonia and there is a closer UPS Store near me but I still go to the UPS Store in Rahway because the staff there is so pleasant and helpful. I had to return a very heavy Kohler item today which came in two boxes. Vendor only provided one shipping label and Abdul at the UPS Store went above and beyond to help me so that I didn't have to take back the two boxes while the vendor figured out how to send me a second UPS label! He allowed me to leave the boxes there and I followed up with the vendor at home, got the additional label and was able to email it to Abdul who confirmed by sending me two receipts. Thank you Abdul!"

"After receiving terrible customer service with a UPS store in Linden today I wasn't hopeful when contacting this store. I was preparing to ship very expensive office equipment and had shipment concerns. My initial call with Abdul was very clear and pleasant. When I arrived to the store with TEN office phones and a huge control unit I assumed Abdul would be as overwhelmed as I was. If he was he sure didn't indicate that. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure all my equipment was packaged securely, giving me no doubt that the very expensive equipment would get to it's destination without damage. While there, I observed how he interacted with other customers that came in, as I was totally monopolizing his time, and EVERYONE was greeted with a warm smile in a very familiar manner. If Abdul had any medical experience I'd have offered him a job! The name of his co-worker whose name escapes me (Mr. N) was also pleasant, even though he was kept busy because Abdul was assisting me. I apologize for such a long post but I know as someone who manages a business, negative reviews are more frequent than positive. People should be acknowledged when they display exemplary service. The service I received today ABSOLUTELY was nothing less and should be rewarded!"

"Delivery Driver failed to make any attempt to knock on the door or ring the door bell for a package requiring a signature. I called this store and spoke with a representative to which they told me to call back in one hour so that I might be able to pickup my package. I called back 1 hour later to the minute to no answer. I called 4x more times. I drove to the store to find it closed and locked. Exceedingly unsatisfied with UPS"

"I was doing an Amazon return and the Amazon rep did not process my return properly but the gentleman at UPS was wonderful. He was kind, friendly and helpful and made the return very easy. I wish I had his name. I was in the store on Tuesday, July 18 around 12:15 pm. To hopefully recognize this worker."
