"Standing for half an hour to drop off the packages ringing the bells continuously but they damn care no one open the door . The worker was on the window and watching the i am ringing the bell but she didn’t bother to get up from chair and take the boxes from me. Half hour they wasted of mine. Poor service. I can hear the voices from inside workers are laughing chatting inside but they don hear the ring bell which I was ringing."

"I sent letters twice to the same customer, one of letter was certified. Two letters were missing. Supervisor of branch asked to wait two months and come back after this period to get refund if mail will not be found. No way. When I come post office, agent said we don't give refund, apply online. Online information said its too late, if case of missing mail, customer need to apply in during 30-60 days. Stuff absolutely not competent."

"I’ve been trying to reach the post office for three days now to make an appointment for a passport. Despite calling multiple times each day, no one is answering the phone. This is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially given the importance of the matter. The lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and disappointing."

So i come to usps when i can on a saturday because i have work throughout the week and this is the line? They need more staff on the weekend."

Left at 8:40. This place is so unprofessional"
