"This postal office does not have much supplies available for customers to use. Unsure if the branch location has anything to due with this (Flatbush), however, as a frequent postal customer this location needs an upgrade ASAP! Most locations have priority boxes, regular and priority tape, writing utensils (markers or pens, and applicable stickers/forms available in the lobby for the everyone to use. From my understanding all postal offices are given a budget for these items. What this postal office is doing with this funds needs to be looked into. Another example of things seen at smaller postal branches not available here isa section dedicated to purchasing merchandise such as shipping paper/wrap or bubble wrap. Or even kiosk for a quick postage stamp or shipment sale. Since the main entry area does not have much besides the PO Box you can see the dirt and grime that then also transfer into the waiting/line area where you mail your boxes. Not sure the last time they’ve cleaned/updated but aesthetically it seems like the place hasn’t been touched in the last 18-years. And that’s the nice assessment!"

"The people there are so so helpful and nice. They were working DAYS to help me find my package when I thought it was lost/stolen. They are so nice over the phone too and are very knowledgeable"

"This is the most ghetto unprofessional post office I’ve ever been to in my life in all of the USA they always close before the time and they close gates five minutes before that their time that they’re supposed to close very unfriendly all the workers here really ridiculous I don’t understand. They don’t have any supervisor manager on top of them they could just do whatever they want leave whenever they want."

"How is it the closing time is 6pm but they locked the door at 5:45pm on a weekday and turned off the lights refusing to provide service? If the closing time is earlier, update the operating hours to reflect that, but don’t waste community members time, energy and money. Some people leave work early to make it to the post office."

"This post office has to be the worst in Brooklyn. Many of its employees walk around like they don’t want to work while there’s a line outside the door. They open the doors but don’t start work until 9, 9.15am sometimes. They need to set a better system where if a person dropping a package, there’s a window that they can use. It’s unfair to the elderly and many people that need assistance. If you don’t start work at 9am or earlier, why open the doors. It’s 9am right now and no one at the window. Not to mention it’s always short staffed."
