"This is an old vehicular bascule bridge over the Elizabeth River. It was built in 1923 and is, according to Wikipedia, the last surviving vehicular movable bridge in Union County. It's been closed to traffic since 2011. It's rusting out and looks like a relic from another age. Because it is. Go check it out if you're in the neighborhood. Before they tear it down."
