Reviews of USCIS Application Support Center (ASC)
"The most inhumane people I have ever seen, there are prohibitions and what not allowed in the office, there is no warning anywhere about animals, I came today with my puppy, I can't leave him alone and because of that they kicked me out, I asked for an explanation, an explanation and the law that They forbade animals from entering the premises, they have no answer to my concern, they failed to show me a sticker where a person can see the ban on animals, although they have posted no smoking, which is logical, they are inhumane and decided to throw me and my dog out without showing me the law, their The false answer is that it is not possible, but they cannot prove it. I hate this group."
"The overall experience was pretty good. There was a bit of wait inside, but the staff was nice."
"I completely understand the policy of not allowing anyone other than the applicant inside. However, I believe exceptions should be made for elderly applicants who may not understand English. They should at least have someone available to assist and guide them through the process. It's not fair to leave them alone in the center, especially when they are scared and unprepared for such an experience. My past visit to the Albany office was a completely different, positive experience with helpful and friendly staff. For elderly applicants who need assistance, I would recommend considering a different center, as my first impression of the Elizabeth center hasn't been very positive. I will provide more feedback after my appointment is complete."
"I went to this place for biometrics about 5 years ago, and it was the most unpleasant experience dealing with government agencies in my whole life, I mean, is this place even own by government? I just can’t believe it. There was this black security guy who checked me in, he was just the rudest and uneducated and racist person I have ever met in my whole life. When I walked in, there were bunch of queue barriers in the check in area with no customers in that area, people were all checked in and waiting in another line in another area to be called. I was the only one in check in area waiting to be checked in, so I went under the queue barriers that had no one in the line and walked straight to the check in desk, cuz there is no point to walk around the queue barriers when there is nobody but only me in there right ? But this security guy who was supposed to check me in started accusing me and giving me the rudest and disrespectful attitude like I was doing something illegal, he just didn’t like the fact that I didn’t walk around the queue barrier but went under them and walked straight to him, cuz he can’t stand people being smart, that way he can’t trick people and watch people doing stupid things for his entertainment at his boring work. and I can totally feel he doesn’t like Asian just by the way the looked at me and the face he made. He asked me to walk out to the end of the queue barrier and walk around the barrier and come back again, like he was in the military training his soldier as he was the commander. The way he treated me and the tone he used when he talked to me was just making him a absolute jerk. I can’t believe he was power tripping as the fact he was just a security, and it seemed he’s good at doing all these to people and had been doing it a long time."
"Always reach before 1 hour of the scheduled time. Easily you can spend around 2 hours at any given time. 2 times you have to be in the long queue, firstly before the ladies check your Documents at reception only 2 ladies take cares of this they are pretty fast. Secondly you have to wait for your fingerprint that is a long wait after token number is issued at the reception... too slow... All the best"
