"I was locked out of my new apartment (yes I lost the new key) The only thing I could think of was the local fire dept. The gentleman at this dept. Responded quickly and efficiently!! They had my door open within minutes! Thank goodness they saved the day because my fur family was inside! Bless these guys!!♥︎ Definitely doing more than just putting out fires in the community. Btw: one also saved a cat for me a few years back and he's still saving the day!"
"How is it. It that a fire official said and directed me to go on the elevator ladder 166 this evening. @ call aapproxiately 7:55OM atp 5F. The fire official didn't inspect all room or ask if their were anyone else or a baby. Did not have mask on if they was a potential fire. Poor service nice guy but didn't ask standard depute questions..."
