Reviews
"Having been a member of CCBR for about four years, I can vouch for the fact that it is one of the friendliest, most spiritually authentic churches I have ever attended. The building and its grounds are large and impressive, but the congregation is small and dedicated; our current vicar is a humble, down-to-earth gentleman whose kind and non-judgmental nature reflects the welcoming spirit of the parish. CCBR's liturgy generally follows the classic 1982 Book of Common Prayer and Hymnal, but the parish's general stance is modern and socially progressive. Christ Church Bay Ridge continuously and publicly displays the rainbow flag -- a courageous statement in this strongly conservative-leaning neighborhood β and the congregation and liturgical staff include both hetero and LGBTQ+ members. In summary, for this parish, "The Episcopal Church Welcomes You" is more than just an empty motto."
"Nice place"
"I have attended this church my whole life. You won't be disappointed or discouraged. In this turbulent time there something for everyone ."
"Very upset with this Church. The women who takes care of the grounds is extremely rude. They started to lock the gates in the morning and night stopping the time I had with myself there. The priest is such a sweet man but because of all the other things I will not go back."
"This is a beautiful church with dedicated followers who follow the Almighty God. We need more people who care, for the evil ones want us to loose our faith, that is for certain. Michael"
