"I really want to post a 3 for the place itself and a 5+ for the employees. The employees there are great they always help me to the best of their ability within their means. I have no complaints about shaquan(hope I spelled it right) Ann, and the new girl. They do the place justice and help you to forget some of the conditions there. One I think it highly disgusting that I have to watch them run an office with no air conditioning in the summer, and on top of that try to get business done with small tiny flies flying about that are now getting back to the units. Two their air conditioning is out so the whole first floor is no longer under climate control which is no good for peoples storage needs. Customers and employees alike should not have to deal with this. The elevator shutting down 15 min prior to closing is a huge slap, But I can tell you because the staff is super wonderful it makes one not ready to take business else where just yet i feel there’s hope but I could only hope that extra space do right by the customers and employees in this situation soon. A good staff will have people holding on and well their staff is wonderful thats all I can say. I would be happy if those other conditions get resolved so that I can give a higher review number of the place itself but i will always ring high bells for the staff they have in place that are there to help the present and future customers. I will check back soon to provide a revised review if the conditions change. But again 5+ for the staff in place."

She wasn’t the typical customer rep who told you what you wanted to hear. She genuinely cared that I knew everything that were vital and essential to my needs—almost as though it was a tailored approach. She asked the right questions. She was there by herself and even though she was needed by more than one client, she kept a pleasant and approachable composure. Thank you for going above and beyond.
