"Clearly there’s a thief in this post office. My IRS check was scanned in 3 days ago. I received everything else that was scanned in BUT THE CHECK. I will keep reporting this post office because this isn’t the first time something of mine has gone missing. It’s terrible to think you can’t even get your mail to your house. It’s sad I never had this issue before I moved over here and this became my post office."

"I process my passport and my daughter passport at this location. My daughter birth certificate was never sent back to me. I called and was told the misplaced it or lost it. They differently don't have any regards for the documents they collect from the customer. I had to run around the place and pay for another birth certificate. The manager here and the staff needs to be investigated. Reading all of the comments I had to tell what happen to me. I now go to the main branch at 34 st. Location."

"If I can give zero stars I would. The people working here are nasty workers everything from the way they treat people to how they provide service. My brother and I go and he has an appointment at 10:15 he gets to the window at 10 and they had him wait until 12:30. But me on the other had was a walk in and they take walk ins from 9-10am and I got to the postal office at 9:30 and was seen at the window at 10 and denied because she claimed they already have 3 walk ins. When I asked her for the supervisor she told us the walk in limit is 5. When I asked her again she told me sorry now it’s too late. And the only white guy working there must have something against woman wearing the hajab because he took it out of his hands to stop working the window to come and tell us to leave. This place needs some serious reinforcement."

"Worst post office there is to mankind, if I could give negative 0 zeros I would. I’ve had bad experiences with them, but this last one was very ridiculous. My mother went to ship a package and was basically ignored by the first guy. She gave him her package & all he did was give her a form. No, “Hi”, “How are you”, or basic information about the form he gave her to fill out. She asked numerous times, what is the form for & he ignored her. So she stepped away & just filled it out. Went to another window, & asked again what is the form for. She was given an explanation & finally understood why, & that’s all that was needed to be done from the get go. Avoid this location if you can. Terrible service, & their face forever sour."

"Very busy, very crowded, very slow post office location. Three windows open regardless of the line. Not enough help. No one standing in front to expedite matters like in other locations. Staff is friendly; not their fault. Just not enough help. Parking is an issue as well; street parking only. Alternated side & meters."
